This Memorial is for our precious baby boy Lucas who passed away suddenly after 12 perfect days at home with Mummy and Daddy. Born on 16th May at 10:38pm and sadly passed away on 28th May at 4:45pm. A very precious son, grandson, great-grandson, nephew & cousin. You were loved so much and touched the hearts of so many in the 12 days you were with us. We all miss you every second of every day.
